FleetConnect is used by fleets in more than one country, and privacy law differs from one to the next. So there is one Privacy Notice for everyone — what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how we protect it — plus a section for each region that adds the rights and rules that apply where you live.
Choose your region to go straight to its section. If you use FleetConnect through your employer, your employer decides how its fleet data is used; the notice explains how that works and who to ask.

FleetConnect is operated by an Australian company, so the Australian Privacy Principles govern how we handle personal information — including when it is stored or processed overseas.

Who is responsible for your information
FCG Intel Pty Ltd operates FleetConnect and is responsible for the personal information described in the Privacy Notice, in every region. When an organisation uses FleetConnect to run its fleet, that organisation controls the fleet data it puts into the platform, and we handle that data on its behalf and on its instructions.
